All-Inclusive Registration includes:

• Access to all plenary and parallel symposia during the main ICOM2026 conference (July 13-16, 2026)
• Daily morning and afternoon teas
• Daily hot buffet lunches
• Conference Dinner and Wines of Australia at Rainforeststation (see Conference Dinner page)
• Planting of one (1) tree in the Mabi Forest regeneration project to offset a delegate’s CO2 footprint during the conference (see www.reforest.com.au)
• All sales taxes (10%)

Delegate Classification:

• Member applies to those who are members of The International Mycorrhiza Society. Members will have received a discount code via email. Not a member? You can enrol here: mycorrhizas.org/become-a-member/. Membership will be verified.
• Student applies to university students. School and status will be requested in the application.
• Low-Income: a discount has been provided for delegates from countries designated as low and lower-middle income by the World Bank Income Classification of 2025. (See www.worldbank.org)

* All fees will be charged in Australian dollars. The amounts shown in Euros and US dollars are estimates based on the exchange rate as of December 10, 2025 (per Google) and are for informational purposes only.
   At check-out, the payment portal may offer payment in your local currency. If it does, you can choose to pay in your local currency and accept the portal’s proposed exchange rate, or pay in AUD.
